- Phone Calls From there, we’ll have a few relaxed phone calls—more like chats with a friend—where we’ll brainstorm ideas, talk through logistics, and fine-tune all the little details.
- Planning Guides and Vendor Recommendations I'll send over my planning guides and vendor recommendations to make sure you have everything you need from hair and makeup, a fabulous bouquet if that's your jam, knowledge of what to wear and pack, down to my favorite hiking shoe brands, restaurants, activities, and more!
- Timeline I'll send over a few timeline options for you to review as we get closer to your day. This easygoing process ensures that everything feels true to you, while I handle the planning behind the scenes to bring your dream day to life effortlessly.
- Location Scouting (I will include you in this process, sending you photos and videos of each space)
- Legalizing It All Getting permits and permissions secured as well as making sure your officiant has your licenses!
